Most of the people want to eat only Vegetarian food because they want to maintain the weight or they may try to reduce their weight. Weight loss is not easy when you do not think about it. Because most of the people do not think about weight loss so I never ask them to reduce their weight. Also I have given many ideas to reach their goal after that they have their own ideas to reach their target.
Who is Vegetarian?
A Vegetarian who is eating pulses, fruits, nuts, seeds, vegetables and grains. Also they never eat the meat, fowl, fish, bonemeal and animal fat or gelatin. Some of the vegetarians may eat eggs and milk products. Most of them may eat milk products but not eggs.
